1. Definitions

1.1. By the graphic design term is meant a static image of a web page containing the elements described in the specification (materials supplied by the contracting authority).
Design consists of a main page image and if necessary, the subpage. The image contains the necessary elements allowing the generation of a graphical template for Joomla.

1.2. Graphic design is not an accurate picture of the contents of the target website but defines the style and appearance of inidividual elements which can later be independently managed by the CMS Joomla user.

1.3. Graphic design does not include the implementation of the logo. Logo design is a separate service.

1.4. By the specification is meant the collection of all the elements required by the contracting authority that should be on the website along with source files containing: logo, illustrations or other visual elements of identification (if the production of those does not constitute a contract with the contractor). Specification should be prepared according to the formula provided and attached to the contract.

1.5. By the deposit is meant a partial payment that is settled by a customer in order to start working on customer's project, deposit is non-refundable and is paid to secure both sides of the agreement.

1.6. By the template term is meant a specific set of files (PHP files, style sheets CSS, Java Script scripts), which allows you to view the content of the site acting based on CMS Joomla according to graphic design.

1.7. A template is supplied as the installation package for Joomla.

1.8. CMS Joomla - Content Management System is available on GNU GPL license (http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses/gpl.html). Joomla allows to manage website content through the administrative panel in a web browser window. Requires to be installed on the web server that supports PHP and MYSQL (http://joomla.org) to work (installation).

2. Phase I. Graphic Design

2.1. Customer undertakes to provide a set of materials necessary for the implementation of the product within 3 working days from the date of making the agreement, by sending them through e-mail to the contractor, or directly to the developer.

2.2. Within 7 business days from the date of making the agreement, the contractor will provide the graphic design to contracting authority, by sending a link to the image file as a static image to see the design in the browser.

2.3. By 4 days after delivery of the first design Customer may accept the design, or send via email a message (first corrections) including: a set of identified non-compliances with the specifications of the Project (corrections) and a set of proposed modifications to the Project (modifications). The proposed modifications can not be onconsistent with the specification, or significantly expand the scope of work. If the Customer does not submit corrections in a first period to 4 days after delivery pf a project, shall be deemed to be accepted and the contractor goes to the second-phase of the work.

2.4. The contractor will perform the first Corrections within a period of up to 4 working days from the date of receipt of the first Corrections and send the revised draft by notifying the customer about the location of the image file through email.

2.5. After receiving the Design with Corrections and Modifications made, customer can accept the design, or within 4 working days via email (Second Corrections) with a full set of Corrections, Modifications and non-compliance with the Project Specifications and non-compliance with the First Corrections. If the Customer does not submit amendments in the second period up to 4 days after delivery of a design, shall be deemed to be accepted and the contractor goes to the second-phase of the work.

2.6. The contractor will perform Second Corrections within 4 working days from the date of receipt of the Second Corrections and send the revised draft by notifying the customer about the location of the image file through email.

2.7. Within 3 working days, Customer may accept the project, sent through email for contractors working a message with the set of Non-compliances with the specifications of the Project, non-compliance to First Corrections and non-compliance to Second Corrections (Last Corrections). If the Customer does not submit corrections in a recent period up to 4 days after delivery of a design, shall be deemed to be approved and completed.

2.8. The contractor will perform recent Corrections within 4 working days from the date of receipt of recent Corrections and send the revised design by notifying the customer about the location of the image file through email.

2.9. Making further changes by the Contractor will be possible for additional remuneration agreed by the parties by way of addendum to the contract.

3. Phase II. Implementation - Joomla Template coding

3.1. Within 10 working days from the date of acceptance of the design, the contractor will present to the contracting authority a working example of the template based on the graphic design with implemented design and the default data (joomla demo content), which are installed on contractor's server.

3.2. Within 3 working days from the date of presentation (the Contractor provides the location of the demo template) the Customer may accept a template or inform the Contractor about graphical errors or inconsistencies with the aprroved design. Errors should be reported via email system. In order of not notifing about errors and the list of non-compliance within 4 working days, shall be deemed approved and finished.

4. Termination of Project and Refund Policy

4.1. If, at any time, a client would like to terminate the project, design-joomla.eu will refund any unused hours, less the set-up fee. Please note that there are no refunds for time spent working on a client's website.
