I have used Design-Joomla on two of my sites and there are absolutely zero complaints.
They realised I was a relatively new Joomla user and they took their time in explaining and instructing on key aspects of the website design and implementation.

From start to finish all email inquiries were answered promptly and correctly.
The site was done exactly to specification, and all instructions for installation and operation were clear and concise even for a Joomla newbie as myself.

What I gave them a PSD drawn by my own, and some details are not well defined, but they have a good sense of art and convert all my needs into beautiful Joomla template.
