Preparing good website is not a simple thing. We need informations that will allow us to make optimal design. A set of answers to the following questions will be the basis for the work of our designers. Please carefully read and respond to any questions in the specifications of the contract.

• What does your firm?
  Please briefly describe your business.
• What are the objectives of the new website?
  Specify briefly objectives for your website (for example: business presentation).
• Have your company already had a website?
  If so what was wrong with it and why you want to change it.
• Define your users
  Who will visit the page. Try to identify all possible characteristics of your target audience (age, sex, education, habits and preferences, etc.)
• Specific requirements for graphic design
  colors, the overall style and atmosphere, examples of pages you like.
• What are the elements that we should take into account when preparing the design
  What will be on the home page and possibly on the subpages, navigation system, modules and sample content
• Please provide examples of competing companies websites
  Provide several websites addresses. Define what you want to distinguish to be unique characteristics of the design.
• Which of the functional elements are the most important?
  Is there something that must be distinguished in the design? What is the most important (for example, if the goal was to establish the new party of business, you may find that the newsletter is a very important element and it should exposed in the draft).
• Does the company previously used the CMS?
  If so, which one?
• Include a logo and any other graphic material (sample products, etc.)
